Biography
Bridget Hillebrand joined Bovis, Kyle & Burch, LLC in August, 2010 as an Associate in the Family Law department. She represents clients in divorce and child custody actions as well as post-divorce contempt and modification petitions.
Bridget graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law, cum laude, from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2010. While in law school, Bridget was a Faculty Merit Scholar and named to the Chancellor's List. She also served as the Vice President of Intra-school Competitions for the Trial Advocacy Board and was the Interschool Competitions Chair for the Moot Court Board.
Bridget competed in multiple trial and appellate advocacy competitions. Some of her accomplishments include:
- 2009 National Tax Moot Court Competition - National Champion
- 2009 ABA Arbitration Competition - Regional Champion, Third in the nation
- 2009 Ira. S Flory Trial Competition - Finalist
- 2009 Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition - Best Brief award
- 2010 National Championship Moot Court Competition - Fifth in the nation
- 2010 ABA Criminal Law Trial Competition - Three perfect score awards
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Bridget currently resides in Midtown Atlanta. Outside of work she enjoys playing tennis, traveling and cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Braves, and the LSU Tigers.
