Kyle Johnston joined Bovis, Kyle and Burch, LLC in May of 2010 as an Associate in the firm's Workers' Compensation Department where his practice consists of defending employers and insurance companies in all areas of workers' compensation defense.  Prior to joining the firm, he had several years of combined experience in representing both claimants and defendants in workers' compensation claims, and as such, brings a unique perspective and understanding to the claim process.

Kyle is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he earned a degree in Philosophy.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami in 2007.

Kyle is conversant in Portuguese and enjoys mountain biking, skiing, ice hockey, and photography.  He is an active member of his local church community where he serves as a youth leader.
