Roberta Ann Henderson (“Bobbie Ann”) is a member of the firm’s Fidelity, Surety and Construction Group. Bobbie Ann grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida (B.A. 1990, J.D. 1993). Bobbie Ann began her legal career as co-regional counsel for GE Medical Systems and obtained extensive experience in corporate transactions, including contract drafting, business formation, and purchase and sale transactions. Her work provided her with litigation experience in civil and federal cases, bankruptcy, and mediation matters.

Since 1999, Bobbie Ann has represented contractor, surety and fidelity clients in Georgia, Florida and throughout the southeast.  In January 2002, she joined Bovis Kyle & Burch, LLC where she continues to practice in those areas.

Bobbie Ann is admitted to the bar in Florida, Oklahoma and Georgia. She is also admitted to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the US District Courts in Florida, Oklahoma and Georgia, and the Florida and Georgia Supreme Courts. Bobbie Ann lives in the Lawrenceville/Suwanee area of Atlanta, where she is a youth group leader for 12Stone Church and a committee member for her son's boy scout troop.
