Biography
Seth Eisenberg joined the litigation team as an associate at Bovis, Kyle & Burch, LLC in 2008. Seth’s practice areas of focus are family law, commercial disputes, labor & employment law and general litigation. Prior to joining Bovis, Kyle & Burch, LLC as an associate, Seth co-wrote and published a worker’s compensation article with partner Gregory T. Presmanes titled Hazardous Condition: The Status of Illegal Immigrants and Their Entitlement to Workers’ Compensation Benefits, which was published in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal Winter 2008 edition.
Seth received his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2008. During his time at Georgia State, he served as a member of the Law Review as an Associate Lead Articles Editor and received the CALI award for receiving the highest grade in his Litigation class. Prior to law school, Seth received his B.A. from Emory University where he majored in Economics, was a member of the Economics Honors Society, and also served as vice president of the Chi Phi Fraternity.
Seth was born and raised in southern New Jersey in a small town called Moorestown. He currently lives in Candler Park with his wife, Suzanne, who works in commercial real estate investment, and their dog Bennie. His hobbies include rooting for his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, playing golf, and traveling.
