Pari Fakhrzadeh joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department. Ms. Fakhrzadeh represents insurance companies, self-insureds, employers and servicing agents in Workers’ Compensation claims throughout Georgia. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced Workers' Compensation defense with another Atlanta firm. She has defended numerous claims throughout Georgia on behalf of retailers, distribution centers, manufacturers, freight and transportation companies and construction companies.

Ms. Fakhrzadeh received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State College of Law in 2014. While there, she served as the president of the Phi Alpha Delta professional law fraternity, and was a member of The Business & Law Society as well as the Association of Women Law Students. During law school, Ms. Fakhrzadeh also gained valuable experience working in Fulton County Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Alford Dempsey Jr.

 Prior to law school, Ms. Fakhrzadeh graduated with cum laude honors from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Political Science in 2011.  Outside of work, Ms. Fakhrzadeh enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
