Jasmine A. Saenz is an Associate in our workers’ compensation department. She came to the firm from an Atlanta personal injury and workers’ compensation practice in 2013, where she focused on plaintiff’s litigation. She concentrates her practice on the defense of employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims, subrogation claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
Jasmine served as President of the Law Democrats for two years during her time at University of Georgia. She also served as an officer in several other student organizations, organizing many large-scale events and speakers. Jasmine was fortunate enough to receive the Equal Justice Foundation fellowship, the Kay Young Scholarship, and the Public Service Fellowship while in law school. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys running, science fiction, politics, and traveling.
