Bill Orr’s practice areas include first-party and third-party insurance disputes, bad faith defense, insurance coverage matters, products liability, employment discrimination defense, and a variety of complex civil litigation matters.

Bill also represents outdoor advertising agencies and nonprofit organizations in disputes against state and local government entities. Bill has also negotiated favorable resolutions of permit and regulatory issues for clients involved in disputes with the Georgia Department of Transportation, the State of Florida, and political subdivisions of the State of Georgia.

Born in Rochester, New York, Bill attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with Honors. Bill attended law school at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. At Florida State, Bill was a member of the Florida State Law Review and graduated with honors.
