Wes Skinner is a member of the firm and practices as part of Bovis, Kyle & Burch, LLC’s business and corporate practice section. He has been with the firm since 1984. The primary focus of Wes’ practice involves providing representation in various aspects of business and corporate law for a variety of businesses and individuals representing diverse industries. Wes also has experience in the areas of commercial real estate, estate administration and employment law, and has litigation experience.

Wes attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he obtained an A.B.J. degree (1981, summa cum laude). He then obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law (1984, cum laude). Wes is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including memberships in the business, intellectual property, labor and employment, real property and technology sections.
