Bovis, Kyle & Burch utilizes its Summer Program as an opportunity to evaluate the Summer Associate's compatibility and professional fit with the firm. The program allows Summer Associates to gain hands on legal experience in a variety of fields, providing maximum exposure to the firm's practice and its attorneys. Moreover, the firm hosts a number of social events throughout the summer to ensure each Summer Associate has an opportunity to become acquainted with the attorneys in and out of the office.

Upon completion of the Summer Program, those Associates selected for permanent employment are placed in an available area of firm practice corresponding with both need and mutual interest. Additionally, employment is available for qualified law students during the school fall and spring semesters on an as needed basis.
