Fidelity Attorneys:
Marc Bardack is an Atlanta native and a 1993 graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, where he served on The American University Journal of International Law and Policy. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College. Marc has substantial experience in the area of personal injury and insurance law. He has conducted numerous jury trials, and several of his appellate cases have helped clarify issues affecting motor vehicle litigation. On the defense side, Marc has represented insureds and self-insureds in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, construction defect, pharmaceutical malpractice and food poisoning cases. Additionally, he represents manufacturers in the defense of product liability cases nationwide. While representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, Marc regularly obtained six-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. He also has significant experience in business and employment law, having handled cases involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants and discrimination. Marc is a certified mediator and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Prior to joining Bovis, Kyle & Burch in 2006, Marc was a partner at a firm known for its qui tam representations. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In the community, Marc has been member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Sinai and helps oversee that synagogue’s lay leadership training program. He serves as an alumni admissions representative for Lafayette College and has also been involved in the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and the Epstein School.
