Wayne S. Tartline is a partner at the firm. He has been a litigator in the Atlanta area since 1999, litigating hundreds of highly contested cases. Mr. Tartline has expansive litigation experience encompassing matters in all of Georgia's courts, in Federal Courts and in the State of Florida. Mr. Tartline's practice is currently devoted to complex litigation and intellectual property counseling, including trade secrets misappropriation and trademark infringement, insurance defense relating to serious injury claims, product liability claims, multifarious subrogation matters, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and commercial development/construction/erosion litigation.

Mr. Tartline received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Degree (B.I.E.) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994. In 1999, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Tartline is a founding member of the Georgia Innocence Project. He is also a member of the Georgia State Bar Intellectual Property Section, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Cobb County, Georgia Bar Association and the Georgia Innocence Project.
