David Russell Smith was recently appointed the chairman of the Georgia Defense Lawyers' Substantive Law Committee on insurance coverage. The committee provides GDLA members with continuing updates on case law, informative newsletter articles, specific CLE seminars and an annual update of the GDLA Law Journal.
