Adam Grafton joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch and Medlin as a litigator in August of 2005, representing employers, businesses, insurers, self-insurers and third party administrators across the state of Georgia. Adam also practices in the area of Family Law. As a member of number of professional organizations, he has served as a featured speaker on topics related to the law at seminars across the Southeast. Adam has been named a Georgia Rising Star and Super Lawyer.

At no cost, Adam is available for in-house seminars as well as webinars, on a variety of topics ranging from ethics (1 or 3 hours), litigation strategy, occupational disease, catastrophic claims, subrogation, and numerous other subjects. Adam graduated from the Honors Program at Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and history. Following his undergraduate work, Adam attended the Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Adam was a member of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, as well as the Student Bar Association, Distinguished Speaker Series, and Graduate Council. While in law school, Adam interned with the United States Attorneys’ Office, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin.

Adam lives in Dunwoody with his two children, Nolan and Lainey, and is an Eagle Scout.
