Ashley Rudolph is an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department.  Before joining the Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, Ashley worked as an associate attorney at another insurance defense firm where she handled Workers’ Compensation claims for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Ashley is licensed to practice law in Georgia, and focuses her practice on the defense of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims and subrogation claims.

Ashley attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies, and earned a B.A. in Political Science. After completing her undergraduate work, but before attending law school, she worked as a legal assistant at a law firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation defense.  She then returned to Athens, Georgia to attend law school at the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she worked with the Community Health Law Partnership serving the residents of Athens-Clarke County with their immigration, disability rights, benefits, and family law needs.

Ashley grew up in metro Atlanta and now lives in Brookhaven. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and Corgi, Gatsby, and exploring the pet-friendly areas of Georgia.
