Constantine Daniels joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin as an associate in May of 2022. Mr. Daniels’ practice is devoted to complex litigation, which includes defense of tort claims (motor vehicle, UM, premises, etc.), business litigation, defense of commercial liability disputes, legal malpractice and professional liability defense, commercial development/construction/erosion litigation, and intellectual property infringement and trade secrets litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Daniels gained significant litigation experience as an assistant public defender in the Waycross Judicial Circuit and as an assistant solicitor-general in both Carroll and DeKalb Counties. While at the Waycross Public Defender’s Office, he handled complex criminal cases and represented clients charged with serious felony crimes. As both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor, he gained invaluable experience litigating numerous jury trials, motions, and handling cases through every phase of the criminal process.

Mr. Daniels graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After completing his undergraduate work, Mr. Daniels earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. While at Tulane, Mr. Daniels was a member of the Tulane Sports Lawyers Journal and earned a Civil Law Certificate.

Mr. Daniels has lived in the Atlanta metro area for over thirty years and is a member of the Cobb County and DeKalb County Bar Associations. He currently lives with his wife Lauren in Marietta.
