Daniel Kilfoyle is an associate at Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin. He joined the firm in 2023 and primarily practices in family law, litigation, and criminal defense.

He graduated cum laude from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2018 and was a Law Review editor and a member of their mock trial team. Daniel obtained his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Georgia in 2012.

Daniel obtained extensive civil and criminal litigation experience working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit, a Staff Attorney for the Griffin Judicial Circuit Superior Court un the Honorable Ben Miller Jr., and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Middle District of Georgia. Before going to law school, Daniel worked for several years at the Georgia State Capital as a legislative aid. His extensive courtroom experience in both family law and criminal law have proven to be a valuable asset to his clients.

Born and raised in McDonough, Georgia, Daniel is a lifelong Georgian who loves his Bulldawgs, Braves, and Atlanta United. He enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking, and being outdoors.
