Her professional journey also includes serving as in-house counsel and holding senior legal and management roles in the corporate sector, where she gained valuable experience in global legal operations and compliance. Now back in private practice, she brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her diverse experience. Her current focus includes surety and fidelity, insurance coverage and bad faith, professional liability defense, and complex litigation, with particular strengths in negotiation, mediation, and strategic case management.
Raised in Georgia and having lived in multiple locations worldwide, Kathy values diverse perspectives. She currently resides in Johns Creek with her husband and two children. Kathy is an avid reader and enjoys yoga, travel, hiking, and culinary exploration in her free time.
