Kim M. Jackson Co-Chairs Another Successful Georgia ICLE Abusive Litigation Seminar

Kim M. Jackson was program co-chair and speaker at the Georgia ICLE Abusive Litigation seminar held at the State Bar of Georgia on February 4, 2015. This was Kim’s second year as program co-chair. The seminar was well attended and included several distinguished speakers. Among the presenters were numerous members of the judiciary: Georgia Supreme Court Justice David E. Nahmias; Court of Appeals Presiding Judge Sara L. Doyle, Judges Christopher J. McFadden and Elizabeth L. Branch, and Former Chief Judge J.D. Smith; and Superior Court Judge Christopher S. Brasher.
