Partners Greg Veal and David Harris Presenting at 28th Annual SSFCC in Nashville

That’s right! Two of Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC’s attorneys will be presenting topics at the 28th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference in Nashville next week. The two-day conference is held on Thursday and Friday, April 20th and 21st.
First up is Attorney Greg Veal, presenting “Risky Business: Impairment of Surety and the Restatement.” His co-presenter will be Jimmy Sparks of International Fidelity Insurance Co. Our second representative for the SSFCC is David Harris. David will be discussing the topic “Handling High Volume Document Review” with co-presenter Jennifer Leuschner of The Hartford. This isn’t David’s first rodeo with SSFCC, either. In fact, he was their program chair for the 26th annual conference in 2015.
