ANNUAL ATLANTA CLAIMS ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE

The annual Atlanta Claims Association conference for general liability and workers’ compensation is right around the corner and the partners here at Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC are turning out in force. On April 27, 2017, Greg Presmanes, Education Chair for the ACA and one of our top talents, will offer six hours CLE including one hour of ethics. He will also host a workers’ compensation session. He will be joined by another of our partner attorneys, Kim Jackson, who will host the general liability session as well as moderating an ethics panel.
Partners Billy Davis and Hastings Johnston will be in attendance as well. Billy Davis will be speaking at the general liability session on social media investigations while Hastings Johnston will be moderating the workers’ compensation panel on documented workers. Further, our associates Kyle Paske and Matt Pittman will be speaking at the workers’ compensation session. Kyle Paske will be on the Investigation and Claims Handling panel, and Matt Pittman will be on the Ethics panel.
The Atlanta Claims Association conference is open to both members and non-members. Registration takes place on the ACA website, www.atlantaclaims.com, and the conference itself is held at the Peachtree Corners Hilton right here in Atlanta.
