at the annual ICLE seminar on the topic of Recent Appellate Division decisions, and will be joined by claimant’s practitioner Elizabeth Costner of Savannah, GA as well as sitting Appellate Division Judge Elizabeth Gobeil. The discussion will include the impact of 6 recent decisions handed down by the Appellate Division along with each perspective from the practitioners on how the decision does or can impact their respective area of practice. The decisions will involve a wide variety of legal issues litigated before the Board. This is the fourth time Mr. Leonard has been chosen to present at the annual ICLE seminar.
