Greg Veal was lead author of Chapter 140, “Payment Bonds,” in the new volume on Suretyship added to Appleman on Insurance Law Library Edition (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender). The chapter comprehensively covers Miller Act, Little Miller Act, and private payment bond principles and issues, including extensive statutory and case law authorities.
