Rescinding Fidelity Bonds, Distinguishing Types of Surety Bonds, and Penal Sum Issues

Greg Veal spoke before the ABA FSLC’s Mid-Winter Meeting in New York on rescission and before the Southern Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference in Charleston, SC on indemnity bonds, performance bonds, and the penal sum. He also led a panel discussion on handling bad faith claims before the ABA TIPS Annual Meeting in Atlanta. At the annual meeting of the Surety Claims Institute, Greg was elected to the board of directors.
